CP Violation

So, C stands for Charge and P for parity. According to Wikipedia, our favorite cyber-knowledge source, "CP violation is a violation of the postulated CP symmetry of the laws of physics. It plays an important role in theories of cosmology that attempt to explain the dominance of matter over antimatter in the present Universe." Basically, and i do mean basically, CP violation is when, instead of every particle having and equal and opposite antiparticle--or mirror image (which would inturn cancel each other out, and where would that leave us?), a rare and rebellious thing happens with something called a B Meson which decays and breaks the pattern of symmetry and leaves room for the existance (not the cancellation) of some particles.
